The new children's museum

We are new members of the children's museum! The kids and I had a great time exploring the different activities and rooms of the museum. Their favorite was the mattress room were they could take all their aggression out on one another without getting hurt. I told my kids that I will someday have a room just like that in our house, they are very excited. We will definitely come back often.

Happy Easter!

We enjoyed easter this year with the Mathis family and Grandpa and Nana Gladfelty. As always we had excellent food, lots of laughs and great company. We also were able to celebrate Grandpa Mathis' 85th birthday on Easter. He looks amazing! The kids enjoyed the Easter egg hunt and running around trying to catch as many chickens as they could. Grandpa would pay them for each chicken they could catch. We had a wonderful Easter sunday with all of the family. Happy Easter!

The Big Day...Preschool

My little Luke started preschool today, he has been very excited for this special day. He is growing up so fast and I don't think I'm ready for it. I asked Luke what I was going to do without him and he said "just shop without me mom". I think I will take his advise!

Pine Wood Derby

Cody may not have placed 1st for his pine wood derby but he received an award for "originality". Cody had so much fun designing his skateboard with grandpa, and putting the finishing touches on it with his dad. Cody insisted his skateboard be hot pink and green so that's what he did. You have to love a boy who likes pink!

A Day at the Spa

Paige and her friend Taylor were painting there nails and the boys joined in with out me knowing. It was to late by the time I figured out what was going on. Silly boys! I wished this was an April fools joke but it was for real.
