{Oahu}

We took a last minute family vacation to the island of Oahu. We stayed on the north shore at Turtle Bay and ended our vacation on Waikiki at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We had a fabulous time being together. We all enjoyed snorkling, eating a lot, swimming, water slides at the resorts, relaxing, walking on the beach, jumping off cliffs at Waimea, shopping and just spending quality time together as a family. These 8 days were truly amazing! Ty and I celebrated 14 years too. We decided to take the kids along since we had just been to the Bvi's a few months prior without the kids.

Monkey habitat

Trey is learning about different animal habitats at school. Trey chose to research a monkey's habitat. Trey created this project with lots of help from his mom and dad. I love the bananas Trey made out of clay that lay in a pile on the ground. We all loved how this turned out, I really do think this project was one of the best!!!

San Luis Obispo Mission

Cody had to research and make a model of a mission for his 4th grade class. The mission he chose was "San Luis Obispo". We all had fun participating in the project and coming up with different ideas on creating it. Cody was very happy with how it turned out and was excited to share the mission with his class. Cody received an A for all his hard work, research and presentation.

Mother's Day Tea

Luke's preschool class had a Mother's Day Tea today...it was darling. We ate cookies and juice then the kids sang 2 songs. The best part of the day was when Luke gave me a HUGE hug and handed me a crepe paper flower and book mark. On the leaf of the flower it read I love when my mommy buys me squirter guns. I love this little guy so much!

Spring Break.

The Igloo

Cutest Cousins...Luke & Lucy

Spring break 2010

For spring break we took the kids to Park City, we stayed at the Mathis family cabin. We all had so much fun skiing. Luke & Trey had never been skiing before, they caught on quickly and were dive bombing the hill after a few short runs. There was so much snow, I think it snowed a foot every day. When were weren't skiing or sledding the kids were playing outside in the igloo. They spent many hours outside in the snow. We loved every minute of this snowy spring break.

{Luke}

My neighbor Melissa watched Luke so Ty and I could go to a wedding Friday morning. While we were away she took these fabulous pictures of Luke. I love how they capture his personality.
