We had 8 days in the most beautiful place on earth. We were lucky to take a vacation with 6 good friends (Johannas & Jenni Neuendorf, Sean & Karyn Parry and Eric & Wendy Anderson). We chartered a 46ft catamarin out of Tortola and sailed to a different island every day. The islands we visited were Norman island, Virgin Gorda, Anagada, Jost Van Dyke, Marina Cay, Scrubb island, Sandy Cay, and my personal favorite Sandy key. Sandy Key was a very small island with white sand beaches and a few palm trees. We were the only ones on the island and I was able to jog around the entire island in a few minutes. Everyone had a great trip and we all got along great. The snorkling was fabulous, we saw thousands of colorful tropical fish, bat rays, string rays, nurse sharks, huge brain coral, fan coral, eels, and huge pirate worthy caves. It seemed like every island we visited was better than the last. The food was great, and the virgin pina coladas kept everyone smiling. This vacation was truly amazing, and we can't wait to set sail again with Capt. Jo and his crew.
It was fabulous! Thanks for making it extra special with all your yummy meals...Sean and I had the best time and we really enjoyed every minute.

When are you going to send me some recipes? We would love to do another one! Eric says tell Ty he's looking forward to going fishing soon. And we hope to meet your kids sometime soon too. Oh..we have got to change our priorities here! That sounds fabulous to charter a "boat" and sail around! You need to give me the info on that! You and Ty look awesome too! I loved all of your dresses! So cute!
