Braces.

The BIG day arrived and Paige's teeth are soon going to be perfect. She was so excited for this day. I guess it's the cool thing to have braces at this age. Paige has to have braces on for a total of 18 months. She looks beautiful with a mouth full of metal. Thanks to the BEST orthodontist Tim Brunson for taking such great care of us.

Fishing with the boys

Ty, Brandon, and Darin went fishing in Seward Alaska. Two red eye flights, 24 hours of fishing, and over 300 lbs of Halibut in two days. I guess everyone gets lucky once in a while.

Welcome to the World "Lexi"

On Saturday May 22, 2010 my sweet niece Alexa "Lexi" Marie Mathis was born weighing 8 lbs 1 oz. I am so excited for this new addition in our family. Great job Brock and Michelle... another beautiful girl!!!

{Oahu}

We took a last minute family vacation to the island of Oahu. We stayed on the north shore at Turtle Bay and ended our vacation on Waikiki at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We had a fabulous time being together. We all enjoyed snorkling, eating a lot, swimming, water slides at the resorts, relaxing, walking on the beach, jumping off cliffs at Waimea, shopping and just spending quality time together as a family. These 8 days were truly amazing! Ty and I celebrated 14 years too. We decided to take the kids along since we had just been to the Bvi's a few months prior without the kids.

Monkey habitat

Trey is learning about different animal habitats at school. Trey chose to research a monkey's habitat. Trey created this project with lots of help from his mom and dad. I love the bananas Trey made out of clay that lay in a pile on the ground. We all loved how this turned out, I really do think this project was one of the best!!!
