PRESCHOOL.

Luke started preschool at Raggedy Ann & Andy. He had a great day, getting to know his new teachers and making new friends. I love the excitement on his face when we pull into the parking lot. He loves that he is in school like his big sister and brothers, and I love it so I can have some me time all to myself. Although I do miss having a little side kick with me, I actually am a little lonely without Luke.

Labor Day.

Wyatt, Jenny, Crew & Hudson came and spent the weekend with our family for Labor Day. We love having a restaurant close that Wyatt LOVES, so they visit often. Of course they love us too! Labor Day was spent at Ponto beach grilling brats, spear fishing, snorkeling, surfing, laying out and looking like lobsters after a full day in the sun. We LOVE when the Dannels come visit us in sunny San Diego.

Summer Time.

We had a fabulous summer of 2009. We spent most days on the beach digging giant holes, making sand castles, boogie boarding, surfing, chatting with friends and neighbors and watching sunsets while eating smore's. It was the perfect summer! I love that the beach is so close, so we can go often. I love the memories we are making as a family at the beach.

blessed...

Kirsten Nicole Dunn born August 7,2009

Lyla Marie Ferguson born August 12,2009
I am so blessed to have two little niece's born in the same week. I love that my sister's and sister in laws keep having babies so I can hug on them and spoil them without having to have any more. As much as I LOVE babies I think four kids is enough. Congratulations!

Where the turf meets the surf...at Del Mar

We had a wonderful day at the Del Mar racetrack, all the kids loved picking horses and watching their horse race to see if they won. Cody was so excited to finally see a jockey, he was a little surprised that they were the same size as him. We can't wait to go next year but we all decided it would be more fun without the kids and just our husbands.
