Daddy Daughter Date

"I'm lucky to have a dad like you" was the theme for this father daughter date for achievement days. The girls and dads played games, picked candy bars out that represented each other and ate lots of yummy food. The candy Ty picked was a life saver because whenever he needs help Paige is his life saver. So cheesy! Paige loved all the attention she got from her dad, daddy daughter dates are the best!

Out with the old......In with the new

Cody goes through shoes within 4 to 6 weeks, I haven't yet found a brand that lasts longer than that. Cody wears a mens 8 so his shoes are not cheap anymore. Hopefully as he gets older he won't be so harsh on his shoes. Only time will tell.

Off to church we go....

Reese came over this morning and asked if she could go to church with Luke, of coarse we all said yes. Reese said she would go put her prettiest dress on and be right back. I couldn't resist how darling they both looked. After church was over she asked if she can come next time too. They are the best of friends.

Game Day

Cody had an incredible game today. He hit a double and also got an RBI. He was definitely the star player against the Yankees. Papa even shed some tears while watching Cody perform so well. Way to go Cody!!! You make us so proud.

Top of the world

We hiked up the trails in san elijo hills to "top of the world". Little did we know what was being built right in our own community. At the very top there is a ranger station and a amphitheatre soon to be done and eventually there will be gazebos, picnic tables and a park. The view is fabulous!

Jumping Jamming

Today I met my sisters up in the OC at jumping jamming so the cousins could play. The kids had a great time being together. Max loves to follow Trey around, Trey would help him climb up things he couldn't and they would slide down together. So cute!!! We are so blessed to live so close to family.

Coronado

We went to Coronado for the day! The kids had fun riding bikes, playing on the beach, and looking for crabs in the tide pools. The weather was fabulous! To finish off the day we headed to our favorite restaurant Phil's BBQ for a fantastic dinner. Don't let the wait fool you it only took us about 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. Trey really enjoyed his meal, I think he had about 6 ribs, pulled pork, onion rings and french fries. Another perfect day!!!
